1. What file types and settings do you require for DTF?

We require PNG files with transparent background, 300 DPI, and correct sizing before upload.

2. Do you resize, redesign, or fix my artwork?

No — we print exactly what you upload. Artwork editing must be done before ordering.

3. What garments and fabrics are compatible with your DTF transfers?

DTF works on cotton, polyester, blends, hoodies, shirts, kids apparel, and more.

4. What are the recommended heat press settings?

Press at 300–320°F for 10–15 seconds, medium pressure, peel warm/hot, then post-press 5 seconds.

5. How long do orders take to produce and ship?

Production: 2–4 business days. Shipping: 3–6 business days depending on location.

6. Can I place small orders or do you have minimums?

We offer no-minimum DTF ordering — order 1 design or bulk gang sheets.

7. Do you offer fully finished custom apparel?

Yes — we print and finish custom shirts, hoodies, and merch for brands.

8. What is your policy on misprints or order issues?

All orders are custom and final sale. Reprints are provided only if the print error was caused by us.
