4. Custom Orders

All custom products — including DTF gang sheets, custom apparel, and embroidery — are made specifically for you.

Custom items are non-refundable, except in cases of verified defects caused by MarLoDesignCo. LLC.

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Upload correct artwork

  • Check sizing

  • Follow file guidelines

  • Confirm all design details before checkout

We are not responsible for errors in customer-supplied artwork.

5. Payment Terms

By placing an order, you agree to pay all charges associated with your purchase.

We accept secure online payments processed through third-party providers, such as:

  • Shopify Payments

  • PayPal (if applicable)

We do not store full credit card information on our servers.

6. Order Processing & Fulfillment

After placing an order, you will receive:

  • An order confirmation email

  • A shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is dispatched
