Shipping policy

At MarLoDesignCo. LLC, we work hard to ensure that your orders are processed quickly and delivered safely. Please review our shipping guidelines below.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase.
Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we always work to ship orders as quickly as possible.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer standard shipping options within the United States.
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing

  • Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days after processing

Please note: delays caused by the carrier (weather, holidays, routing issues) are outside our control.


3. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
You can track your package at any time using the carrier’s tracking page.

If your tracking number does not update right away, please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to scan the package.


4. Shipping Area

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping.


5. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
MarLoDesignCo. LLC is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the customer

  • Lost packages due to incorrect address entry

  • Additional shipping fees needed to resend returned parcels

If you notice an error, contact us immediately.


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is transferred to the carrier, shipping and transit are outside our control.

If your package is lost or delayed:

  • Check your tracking number

  • Contact the carrier directly

  • Notify us if the carrier confirms the package is lost

We will assist you to the best of our ability, but we cannot issue refunds for delays caused by USPS, UPS, or other carriers.


7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged packaging and product

We will review and resolve the issue promptly.


8. Local Pickup (If Offered)

If you are located near Norton, MA, local pickup may be available on select products.
Pickup instructions will be provided after your order is confirmed.
