At MarLoDesignCo. LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and unworn
-
Undamaged
-
In original packaging
-
With all tags and labels attached
Items showing signs of use, washing, pressing, or wear are not eligible for return.
2. Custom Orders & DTF Transfers
Custom items and DTF products are not returnable, except in cases of a verified defect caused by MarLoDesignCo. LLC.
This includes:

Custom DTF gang sheets
-
Custom prints or artwork
-
Embroidery with customer-supplied designs
-
Personalized apparel
If you believe your custom item is defective:
Email a clear photo of the issue to:

Approval is required before sending the item back.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, send us an email with:

Your order number
-
The reason for your return
-
Photos of any defects (if applicable)

We typically respond within 1 business day.
4. Return Shipping
If a defect is confirmed to be our responsibility:

A prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to you.
If the return is not due to a defect (example: personal preference), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued after the returned item has been:

Received

Inspected
-
Approved
Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for your bank or payment provider to release the funds.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please:

Return the original (if eligible)

Place a new order separately
7. Items Not Eligible for Refund
The following items cannot be refunded:

Orders older than 30 days

Custom apparel
-
DTF transfers and gang sheets

Items damaged after delivery

Washed, worn, or pressed items

Artwork errors made by the customer

Low-resolution files or poor-quality uploads
8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Include clear photos of the issue

We will correct the problem as quickly as possible
