1. What services does MarLoDesignCo offer?

MarLoDesignCo specializes in custom apparel, embroidery, screen printing, and DTF transfers. We create custom T-shirts, hoodies, long sleeves, crewnecks, and promotional apparel for individuals, small businesses, teams, schools, and events. We also produce premium DTF gang sheets for customers who prefer to press their own designs at home or in their shop.

2. How long does production take?

Production time depends on the service:

  • DTF Transfers: 1–3 business days

  • Custom Apparel (screen printing/embroidery): 3–7 business days

  • Large bulk orders: May require additional time

We work hard to deliver fast turnaround without compromising quality. If you have a deadline, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate it.

3. Do you ship nationwide?

Yes. We ship nationwide across the United States.
DTF transfers and custom apparel are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Tracking information is always provided once your order ships.

4. What file formats do you accept for DTF gang sheets?

For the best print quality, we accept:

  • PNG (recommended)

  • PDF (single page only)

  • SVG, EPS, AI (vector files)

File Requirements:

  • 300 DPI minimum at full size

  • RGB color format

  • Background removed

  • Do not mirror artwork — our system handles it automatically

Following these guidelines ensures accurate colors and crisp print quality.

5. How do I apply DTF transfers?

Use these settings for best results:

Cotton / Cotton Blends:

  • Press at 285–290°F for 12–15 seconds

  • Heavy pressure

  • Cold peel

  • Repress for 5 seconds with parchment or Teflon

Polyester / Nylon:

  • Press at 265–275°F for 12 seconds

  • Heavy pressure

  • Cold peel

  • Repress to finish

Always pre-press the garment for 10 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.

6. Can I order just one shirt?

Yes. We accept single-piece custom apparel orders as well as bulk orders. Whether you need shirts for a business, an event, a fundraiser, or a one-off personalized gift, we produce high-quality results at any quantity.

7. Do you offer discounts for bulk or wholesale orders?

Yes. We offer volume-based pricing for businesses, schools, sports teams, and organizations needing large-quantity orders. Bulk orders help reduce per-unit cost. Contact us for a customized quote based on your specific needs.

8. Can you help with artwork or file cleanup?

Absolutely. We can assist with:

  • Removing backgrounds

  • Cleaning low-quality artwork

  • Adjusting text

  • Re-sizing artwork for gang sheets

  • Preparing files for proper printing

Some advanced edits may require an additional design fee, which will be discussed before work begins.

9. What is your return or replacement policy?

We gladly replace items if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • There is a misprint caused by our production

  • You received the wrong item

We cannot replace items due to:

  • Customer-uploaded artwork errors

  • Pressing mistakes

  • Low-resolution files that do not meet requirements

  • Colors that appear differently due to poor artwork quality
